• Where?  3700 Candler’s Mountain Rd., Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA 24515
• When?  October 8, 2022
• What Time? Lifting starts at 9am.
• Weigh Ins? Check in session will be Friday 9am to 10:30 am and 5pm to 6:30pm.  Saturday weigh ins by appointment only.  
• Qualifying?  This meet requires having competed in ANY sanction meet as verified by OpenPowerlifting.org within the qualifying period.
• Period?  Qualifying period will be from October 8, 2021 to Sept 30, 2022.
• Events?  SBD (squat, bench press & deadlift), Bench Press Only and Deadlift Only.
• Gear?  Sleeves (Raw), Wraps, Single Ply and Multi Ply will be offered. 
• Records?  State, National and World records will be available.
• Monolift on the platform and in the warm up area.
