All USPC meets are NON-TESTED by default, but many events offer a drug-tested option. Please refer to each individual meet listing for specific availability and requirements.
📅 How do I find events in my state? Select your state from the drop-down menu under “State Calendars.”
⚖️ What are the USPC Weight Classes & Age Divisions? All current weight classes and age divisions are listed in the USPC Rulebook.
🏋️ Equipment Divisions & Gear Specs Information on allowable gear (raw, wraps, multi-ply, etc.) and all equipment specifications can be found in the USPC Rulebook.
📘 Do I need to read the Rulebook? Yes. It is HIGHLY recommended that all lifters thoroughly review the USPC Rulebook prior to competing.
🎟️ Is a USPC Membership required? Yes. A current USPC Membership is required for all sanctioned events.
🏆 How fast are Records updated? All State and National Records are updated within 72 hours after each event.
📈 What increments are used for attempt selections? All USPC meets use 1 kg increment attempt selections as the standard.
