The United States Powerlifting Coalition is proud to introduce the USPC Frontline Division, created to recognize and support lifters who serve or have served in the military, law enforcement, fire service, and emergency medical services (EMS).

Effective Date

Frontline Division records and results will begin on June 1, 2026. No previous meet results and/or records prior to June 1, 2026 will be changed, added, or retroactively recognized within the Frontline Division.

Eligibility

The Frontline Division is open to the following:

  • Active duty military
  • Retired military
  • Honorably discharged military veterans
  • Active law enforcement officers
  • Retired law enforcement officers
  • Active firefighters
  • Retired firefighters
  • Active EMS personnel
  • Retired EMS personnel

Lifters must show proper identification at check-in or weigh-ins to participate in the Frontline Division. The USPC reserves the right to request additional documentation if needed to verify eligibility.

Division Format

Frontline competitors will be designated with an “F” prefix in front of their division classification. Example: FM45-49.

The Frontline Division will include all age divisions and all gear divisions currently offered by the USPC.

Records & Results

Frontline lifters will continue to receive their normal USPC results, awards, and records in their standard divisions.

In addition, the USPC will maintain a separate Frontline record database for this division.

Drug Testing Status

Frontline results and records will not be separated by tested and non-tested status. All Frontline records and results will be combined regardless of whether a lifter competes tested or non-tested.
